分析健康教育对心脏介入导管室患者护理效果的提升

摘要

目的:分析并讨论在心脏介入导管室护理中采用健康教育的临床价值及对患者的护理效果。方法:从2019年2月开始,到2021年1月终止,选择笔者所在医院心脏介入导管室收治的80例患者进行临床研究。在心脏介入性诊疗过程中,给予所选的80例患者健康教育,并对比其干预前后的心理状态评分、知识掌握评分及睡眠质量。结果:相比干预前,80例患者干预后的SAS及SDS评分明显降低,知识掌握评分和睡眠质量则显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:进一步加强心脏介入导管室护理中的健康教育,不仅能缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善其睡眠质量,还能提高患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,培养患者良好的遵医行为。

Abstract

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical value and nursing effect of health education in cardiac interventional catheter room.
Methods:From February 2019 to January 2021,80 patients in our hospital were selected for clinical study.In the process of cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment,80 patients were given health education,and their psychological state score,knowledge mastery score and sleep quality before and after intervention were compared.
Results:Compared with before intervention,SAS and SDS scores of 80 patients after intervention were significantly decreased,while knowledge mastery score and sleep quality were significantly increased(P<0.05).
Conclusion  :Further strengthening the health education in the nursing of cardiac interventional catheter room can not only alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,improve their sleep quality,but also improve their mastery of disease knowledge and cultivate their good compliance behavior.
