Effect of Psychological Nursing on SAS and SDS Scores of Patients with Peptic Ulcer
心理护理对消化性溃疡患者SAS、SDS评分的影响评价

摘要

目的：评价心理护理对消化性溃疡患者SAS、SDS评分的影响。方法：纳入本院接受治疗的92例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象，以数字随机分组的方式将所有观察对象分成例数相同的两组，即研究组和参照组，后者接受常规护理，前者加强心理护理。将两组护理效果进行对比。结果：干预前两组SAS、SDS评分差异不显著(P﹥0.05)；干预后研究组更低(P﹤0.05)；干预后生活质量评分，研究组更高，(P﹤0.05)；干预后患者依从性，研究组更高，(P﹤0.05)。结论：对消化性溃疡患者加强心理护理，可以缓解患者负性心理，提高患者依从性，使患者养成良好的生活习惯，促进疾病恢复，从而提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing on SAS and SDS score of patients with peptic ulcer.
Methods:92 patients with peptic ulcer who received treatment in our hospital were included as the research object.All the observation objects were divided into two groups with the same number of cases,namely the study group and the reference group,the latter receiving routine care,the former strengthening psychological care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results:There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).It was lower in the study group after intervention(P<0.05);The quality of life score after intervention was higher in the study group(P<0.05);After intervention,patients'compliance was higher in the study group(P<0.05).
Conclusion  :Strengthening psychological nursing for patients with peptic ulcer can alleviate patients'negative psychology,improve patient compliance,make patients develop good living habits,promote disease recovery,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
