Intervention Effect of"One Disease,One Product"Nursing on Patients with Heart Failure
“一病一品”护理对心力衰竭患者的干预效果观察

摘要
目的：观察心力衰竭患者应用“一病一品”护理效果。方法：随机分组，对照组行常规护理，观察组行“一病一品”护理。结果：观察组护理效果、左心室射血分数、每搏量高于对照组，心率恢复正常时间、水肿消失时间以及气喘消失时间低于对照组，差异有统计学意义，(P＜0.05)。结论：对于心力衰竭患者而言，应用“一病一品”护理，可有效提升患者护理效果，优化患者左心室射血分数以及每搏量，并进一步改善患者临床症状，具有推广价值。

Abstract
Objective:To observe the nursing effect of applying"one disease one product"in patients with heart failure.Methods:The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given"one disease one product"nursing.Results:The nursing effect,left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke volume in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the time of heart rate returning to normal,edema disappearance time and asthma disappearance time were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion :For patients with heart failure,the application of"one disease,one product"nursing can effectively improve the nursing effect of patients,optimize patients'left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke volume,and further improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which has the value of promotion.
