摘要
目的：分析睑结膜入路去睑袋辅助纳米脂肪填充在眶周年轻化中的临床治疗效果。方法：选择我院2019年9月到2020年9月一年期间收治的接受睑袋去除术的患者48例，将其随机分为对照组(采用常规睑袋去除术)和治疗组(采用睑结膜入路去睑袋辅助纳米脂肪填充)，每组各24例，对两组的治疗效果进行收集和分析，对比两组患者治疗满意度以及术后并发症发生率。结果：治疗组患者治疗满意度高于对照组，治疗组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，以上差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在眶周年轻化临床治疗中应用睑结膜入路去睑袋辅助纳米脂肪填充能有效改善眶周皮肤状态，消除和减轻黑眼圈，提升患者治疗满意度，降低术后并发症的出现的风险。

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of eyelid bag assisted nanofat filling in periorbital rejuvenation.Methods:48 patients receiving blephareyelid removal from September 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control group(using conventional blephareyelid removal) and treatment group(using blephareyelid removal).24 treatment effects in each group were collected and analyzed,compared with treatment satisfaction and the rate of postoperative complications.Results:The treatment satisfaction was higher than in the controls,and the postoperative complications were lower than in the controls(P<0.05).Conclusion :The application of eyelid capsule can effectively improve periorbital skin condition,eliminate and reduce dark circles,improve treatment satisfaction and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
