Qualitative Study of Dietary Dependence in Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Food Addiction
2型糖尿病食物成瘾患者饮食依赖的质性研究

摘要

目的：探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)食物成瘾(FA)患者饮食依赖的影响因素。方法：采用描述性质性研究方法，选取2019年11月～2020年12月上海市某三级医院内分泌科住院的T2DM FA患者12名，进行半结构式访谈，运用Colaizzi七步分析法分析资料。结果：T2DM FA患者饮食依赖共提炼出四个主题：患者对糖尿病饮食自我管理认知程度低、患者自我饮食管理态度不积极、不良的食物需求心理、缺乏社会支持系统。结论：T2DM患者FA患者饮食依赖受到疾病知识、饮食态度、饮食习惯及不良饮食需求心理等多重因素影响，未来应重视患者心理问题，考虑将患者、及主要共同生活者共同纳入糖尿病食物成瘾患者饮食管理中来。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of dietary compliance in type 2 diabetic food addiction patients.
Methods:Using descriptive research methods,we selected 9 type 2 diabetes food addiction patients who were hospitalized in the endocrinology department of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai from November 2019 to December 2020.Semi-structured interviews were conducted,and the data was analyzed using the Colaizzi seven-step analysis method.
Results:The dietary dependence of patients with type 2 diabetes with food addiction has extracted four themes:low awareness of patients with diabetic diet self-management,patients'inactive attitude towards self-diet management,poor food demand psychology,and lack of social support systems.
Conclusion  :The dietary compliance of type 2 diabetic patients with food addiction is affected by multiple factors such as disease knowledge,diet attitude,eating habits,and poor dietary demand psychology.In the future,attention should be paid to the psychological problems of patients,and patients and major co-living persons should be included in diabetic foods.The diet management of addicted patients is coming.
