Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention on Blood Pressure Control and Self-management Behavior in Patients with Essential Hypertension
中医护理干预对原发性高血压患者的血压控制效果及自我管理行为能力的影响分析

摘要

目的：探讨原发性高血压的中医护理干预方法及护理效果，结合患者的血压控制效果及自我管理行为能力进行评价。方法：选取我院2019年4月～2021年1月期间收治的102例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象，分为观察组(中医护理干预)和对照组(常规护理)各51例，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：观察组患者在护理后的收缩压(SBP)水平[(128.39±11.52)mmHg＜(136.62±10.76)mmHg]、舒张压(DBP)水平[(78.14±9.95)mmHg＜(85.23±8.67)mmHg]以及心血管并发症发生率(3.92%＜15.59%)低于对照组(P＜0.05)，观察组患者的自我管理行为能力优良率(94.12%＞78.43%)以及护理满意度(96.08%＞82.35%)高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：原发性高血压患者接受中医护理效果，能够长效、平稳的控制血压，同时可以提升患者的自我管理行为能力。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention method and nursing effect of primary hypertension,and to evaluate the effect of blood pressure control and self-management behavior ability of patients.
Methods:102 patients with essential hypertension in our hospital from April 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention) and the control group(routine nursing) with 51 cases in each group.
Results:The systolic blood pressure(SBP) level of patients in the observation group after nursing[(128.39 1±11.52)mmHg＜(136.62±76)mmHg],diastolic blood pressure(DBP) [(78.14±9.95)mmHg＜(85.23±8.67)mmHg] The excellent and good rate of self-management behavior ability(94.12%>78.43%) and nursing satisfaction(96.08%>82.35%) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).
Conclusion  :The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with essential hypertension can control blood pressure long-term and stably,and improve the self-management behavior ability of patients.
