摘要
目的:分析影像归档和通讯系统(PACS)/放射科信息管理系统(RIS)在影像科室质控管理中的应用价值。方法:纳入本院放射科2020年1月~10月收集的样本72例,开展常规工作流程作为对照组,于2020年1月~10月运用PACS/RIS系统,期间收集样本72例作为实验组,就实施前后科室质控管理效果进行分析。结果:与对照组相比,实验组图像质量评估优良率显著提升,且各项工作流程耗时均显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在PACS/RIS系统影像科室中开展有效的质控管理,能有效提升图像质量,缩短各项工作流程。

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of PACS/RIS in the quality control management of imaging departments.Methods:A total of 72 samples were included in the radiology department of our hospital from January to October 2020,and the routine work process was used as the control group.The PACS/RIS system was used from January to October 2020,and 72 samples were collected as the experimental group.The quality control management effect of the department before and after the implementation was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the rate of excellent and good image quality assessment in the experimental group was significantly increased,and the time consuming of each workflow was significantly shortened,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion :To carry out effective quality control management in the imaging department of PACS/RIS system can effectively improve the image quality and shorten the workflow.
