摘要
砷是底壳的组成部分之一，通常以化合物形式存在。含砷矿物自然风化后释放砷进入自然环境汇总，尤其极易进入水体中迁移。长时间砷暴露会造成机体多系统病变，对人类的机体健康构成极大威胁。现如今，慢性砷暴露引发的心血管系统损伤逐渐受到社会广泛关注。本文就砷暴露的现状、流行病学及发病机制进行分析，为日后砷中毒防治工作提供可靠的依据。

Abstract
Arsenic is one of the components of the bottom shell and usually exists in the form of compounds.Arsenic-bearing minerals release arsenic into the natural environment after natural weathering,which is especially easy to migrate into water bodies.Prolonged exposure to arsenic will cause multi-system lesions of the body,which poses a great threat to human health.Nowadays,the damage of cardiovascular system caused by chronic arsenic exposure has been widely concerned by the society.In this paper,the status quo,epidemiology and pathogenesis of arsenic exposure were analyzed to provide a reliable basis for prevention and control of arsenic poisoning in the future.
