Application Value of Vibration Expectoration Nursing in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and its Influence on Hospital Stay
慢阻肺患者护理中振动排痰护理的应用价值及对住院时间的影响分析

摘要

目的：探究慢阻肺患者护理中振动排痰护理的应用价值及对住院时间的影响。方法：以80例慢阻肺患者进行研究，研究时间是2019年4月~2020年10月，40例是对照组，40例是观察组，分别应用常规护理、振动排痰护理，对比护理效果。结果：观察组护理后肺功能指标均优于对照组，差异P<0.05，统计学意义存在。对于干预后的心理健康评分、躯体健康评分、物质生活评分，观察组各指标明显更高，与对照组比较，差异P<0.05，统计学意义存在。观察组住院时间低于对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：慢阻肺患者实施振动排痰护理，明显改善患者肺功能，改善生活质量，缩短治疗时间，护理效果显著。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application value of vibration expectoration nursing in patients with COPD and its influence on hospital stay.
Methods:80 patients with COPD were studied from April 2019 to October 2020.40 cases were in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.Routine nursing and vibration expectoration nursing were applied respectively,and the nursing effect was compared.
Results:The lung function indexes of the observation group after nursing were better than those of the control group,the difference was p<0.05,there was statistical significance.For the mental health score,physical health score and material life score after the intervention,the indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.
Conclusion  :The implementation of vibration expectoration nursing in patients with COPD can significantly improve the lung function,improve the quality of life,shorten the treatment time,and the nursing effect is significant.
