摘要
下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)临床特征多变，诊断难度较大，对防治工作造成极大的困扰。中医护理具有操作简便、预防方式多样化、涵盖范围广等特点，充分发挥了"治未病"优势。本文对DVT的形成因素及护理措施进行综述，探讨中医护理对预防DVT的效果及发展趋势。

Abstract
The clinical features of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity are changeable,and the diagnosis is difficult,which causes great trouble to the prevention and treatment of DVT.Traditional Chinese medicine nursing has the characteristics of simple operation,diversified prevention methods and wide coverage,which gives full play to the advantages of"preventive treatment".This paper reviews the formation factors and nursing measures of DVT,and discusses the effect and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the prevention of DVT.
