临床路径式教学模式提高脊柱骨病外科教学质量的效果观察

摘要

目的:观察脊柱骨病外科应用临床路径式教学模式对提高教学质量的效果。方法:选择我院脊柱骨病外科20例实习生作为常规组,均于2019.2-2020.2期间在我院进行实习工作,另选择我院脊柱骨病外科20例实习生作为教学组,均于2020.3-2021.3期间在我院进行实习工作,常规组采取常规教学模式,教学组采取临床路径式教学模式,对其教学质量进行比较。结果:比较常规组及教学组教学质量发现,教学前两组健康教育能力、沟通交流能力、临床管理能力、临床教学能力及应急配合能力评分无差异,P>0.05;教学后教学组评分均高于常规组,P<0.05。结论:临床路径式教学模式可有效提高临床教学效果及教学质量,在脊柱骨病外科教学中具有良好应用效果,建立采纳。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of clinical path teaching mode on improving the teaching quality of spinal osteopathy surgery.
Methods:20 cases of interns in the Department of Spinal Osteopathic Surgery of our hospital were selected as the routine group,and all of them had their internship work in our hospital during February 2019.2-February 2020.2.Another 20 cases of interns in the Department of Spinal Osteopathic Surgery of our hospital were selected as the teaching group,and all of them had their internship work in our hospital during March 2020.3-March 2021.3.The routine group adopted the routine teaching mode.The teaching group adopted the clinical path teaching mode and compared the teaching quality.
Results:There were no differences in the scores of health education ability,communication ability,clinical management ability,clinical teaching ability and emergency cooperation ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of the teaching group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).
Conclusion  :The clinical path teaching mode can effectively improve the clinical teaching effect and teaching quality,and has a good application effect in the teaching of spine osteopathy surgery.
