Nursing Effect of Chinese Medicine Wet Dressing on Deep Second Degree Burns
中药湿敷对深Ⅱ度烧烫伤的护理效果观察

摘要

目的：探究深Ⅱ度烧烫伤实施中药湿敷的护理效果。方法：选择40例深Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者，研究组实施中药湿敷治疗以及综合护理，对照组实施湿润烫伤膏外搽治疗及常规护理，比较两组患者护理效果。结果：与对照组进行数据对比，研究组护理服务满意度显著更高，P＜0.05。结论：深Ⅱ度烧烫伤实施中药湿敷治疗以及综合护理，护理效果理想。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of implementing Chinese medicine wet dressing for deep second degree burn scald.
Methods:Forty patients with deep second degree scald were selected,and the study group implemented wet application treatment with traditional Chinese medicine as well as comprehensive care,while the control group implemented external liniment treatment with wet scald cream and routine care,to compare the efficacy of patient care between the two groups.
Results:In contrast to the data presented in the control group,satisfaction with nursing services was significantly higher in the study group,P<0.05.
Conclusion  :Deep second degree scald is practiced with Chinese medicine wet application treatment as well as comprehensive care,and the nursing effect is ideal.
